「Really good location. Lots to eat for breakfast. The hotel is in need of a renovation. The decor is dated but the hotel is functional. When I got to my room the TV would not turn on I tried getting assistance via the phone but that did not work. I went to reception to tell them about the TV and someone came up and gave me a remote that did not work in the end both the remote and phone had to be replaced. The rooms need soun proofing. 「A unique and charming place by the sea. The position is everything here and it is a delight to sit on the terrace with a drink looking at a Riviera view through the pines to Studland bay. Smart room, lots of varied public spaces. Great for children (though we didn't come with ours!) and a very good breakfast.」

「We had two rooms in the main house on the top floor. We did not see the inside of the lodges. Experia had a good late offer on a Deluxe Superior Room (which the hotel itself wouldn’t price match) which worked out the same price as a standard sea view room that we had booked through the hotel directly. The rooms were a good size and standard (especially the Superior). The bathrooms in both rooms were a bit tired and perhaps most disappointing was the bath tap mixer shower which just provided a...

「シャワー施設しかなかったのはしょうがないが、シャワーのブラインドもなく、水浸しになりそうで大変だった。 また、駐車場に行きにくいのでホテルから直接エレベーターで行けると便利。 良い点としては、朝食がメニュー豊富で美味しかったこと、施設が最新で新しく清潔なところ、部屋も繁華街の近くだが静かなところ。」
