EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS
Standard check-in is at 3 p.m., and we'll inform you once everything's set. If you wish for an earlier time a day prior, it does come with an added fee for expedited cleaning. Unlike hotels, we lack spare units. Thus, if the accommodation is occupied till your arrival day, our cleaning crew needs ample time for preparation. Your patience is greatly valued in such instances.
LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS
Depending on our booking and cleaning schedules, a late check-out might be feasible. Reach out to us a day before departure to verify. While we strive to grant such requests, do note there's an associated fee, payable via the Airbnb Resolution Centre. If not settled the evening prior to check-out, the standard 10 a.m. check-out remains.
