The majority of the staff are highly professional, well trained, and consistently delivered an exceptional level of service throughout our stay. The bar and lounge areas are well designed, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, although we did not have the opportunity to make use of the facilities on the occasion. We also would like to express our sincere appreciation for the warm hospitality extended to us during our special occasion. The thoughtful hotel gifts were a lovely gesture and greatly appreciated. "The air conditioning was on auto the entire time. We were unable to change the temperature, only turn it off when it was freezing The room was excellent. Cleanliness was excellent. Kitchen good and staff were good. "

"We had a great stay at the Hyatt regency. Convenient location, great facilities and clean. One of the lifts wasn’t working the morning we left so had to wait quite a while when we had a train to catch but these things happen. Liked the lennons bar, didn’t eat but drinks were good and reasonably priced"
