「The property is located in Hove, about a 16-minute walk from Brighton city centre, so I found the location to be very convenient. My room’s door didn’t close properly, and it could be opened without using the key. However, after I reported it to the staff, they arranged for it to be repaired straight away, so I was very impressed with how quickly they responded. One thing to note is that there wasn’t a hairdryer, which might be a little inconvenient for some guests, especially women.」

「The good: We were surprised by how quiet it was. There are bars, shops and the seafront very close by but as they are not right on that street, even on a summer Saturday evening it was peaceful. A fan was supplied which was much appreciated as it was an attic room with only a small window. There was a toilet just outside our room (shared bathroom). Check out was by 11am which is generous. The not so great: the hotel and room were tired, the carpets show a lot of wear, the mattresses were...

「Booked a ground floor room as difficulties with stairs. Not available when i arrived. So had to struggle to 1st floor.」
