「My check-in experience was average. The staff member asked me if I was OK with a room upstairs. I agreed, only to find out she literally meant up stairs. This 2 floor rehabbed hotel had no elevator! I am mildly handicapped by a bad back and stairs for me are a no-no! The hotel is sparsely, and modernly furnished in beautiful soothing colors. Great beds, uncomfortable rain sofa bed when trying to use it as a sofa. It is spotless! The breakfast was minimal, the usual rubbery scrambled...

「Room could have been cleaner」

「The rooms were very nice and clean. Large fridge and microwave in the rooms with coffee available in the lobby all hours. The breakfast was grab and go . The only negative was that the beds were not very comfortable . We actually left a day early due to the beds. They were nicely made with clean linens...they were just very firm beds. The rooms had very nice showers and the water pressure and hot water were exceptional. The staff were all very nice and checking in was super fast ! 5 stars...

「Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. There was a lot of unsavory characters out front of the hotel and several homeless wandering around. Hotel was supposed to be non-smoking. Our hallway smelled like skunk weed. The beds were hard as rocks and we couldn’t sleep on them, ended up in the chairs. Breakfast was average at best - not a lot of selection. Staff never said hi, never offered assistance with anything - front desk clerk was coloring with colored pencils when we arrived and...
