Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room was barely acceptable. Clean bed and sheets but the floor was very dirty and the sink drain was disgusting and had buildup in it you could clearly see. The tv was broken (just not turning on at all, seemed like it was not plugged in but the cord went into the wall) but we weren’t in there enough to want to ask the front desk about fixing it.
The front desk staff was helpful and promptly helped when we asked (thank you!) but when I had called ahead of time the lady on the phone was rude and not very helpful or didn’t seem willing to help me figure out my situation.
The outside of the whole place was poorly kept and smelled like trash. Very sketchy. On the flip side, the room did have its own AC unit, the bed was comfortable and it did look like the appliances were fairly new. I wouldn’t go there with children ever again but if you need a cheap, quick place to stay for a short period I would suggest it to be a last resort.
