「The staffs are all excelent, warm and supportive. The family room we booked was clean enough and with nice furnitures but had no window. But still ok. The hotel is old style so there was no lift which was quite difficult for tourists like us carrying a large suitcases, but the staff had kindly supported us. No air conditioner in the room」

The room had no window, but instead there was an illuminated panel designed to look like a view of Brighton, which at first surprised me but was acceptable in its own way. 「My dog and I had a good time and the house was really nice. We were there in January and it was very cold, so it was nice to have a warm place so close to everything (though the kitchen can be still be cold!). Overall, it was a great time and my picky dog felt at home immediately! I think he’s sad we’re back at our actual home!
