"Beautiful area and great location to downtown. We had wonderful weather and enjoyed the porch. House had all the basic amenities, a bit dated, but a great price."

"We had trouble getting in--they had given us the wrong access code for the front door, so I had to call. The "coffee maker" is actually an electric kettle and you make your coffee with tea bag coffees. Be aware only stevia is provided, not sugar, so you may need to bring your own sweetener. They do have creamer. No bedding provided for the futon. For positives, the location is wonderful and the neighborhood is beautiful."
