「Apartment is nice and clean. Has everything you need as advertised. Good communication. Snacks are a nice touch. FYI- the bed is a box spring and a matress on the floor. The neighborhood is completely unsafe. Very dangerous. This is not for a family, kids or otherwise. Drunk and drugged people hang in area. Throwing bottles at signs. You cannot walk around area. Parking very unsafe. Rent with caution. 」

「Im local to the area and just needed a place near downtown Fairfield for the week. Place was everythig I expected. Apartment was clean, check-in was easy, and owner was communicative and helpful when needed.」

「This location has several nice touches including a plate of cookies, some toiletries, and decorations that made it feel cozy. However, the beautiful stained glass window is not closed and isn't able to be manually closed. With the location being downtown you can hear everything going on outside at full volume.
