「Apartment is nice and clean. Has everything you need as advertised. Good communication. Snacks are a nice touch. FYI- the bed is a box spring and a matress on the floor. The neighborhood is completely unsafe. Very dangerous. This is not for a family, kids or otherwise. Drunk and drugged people hang in area. Throwing bottles at signs. You cannot walk around area. Parking very unsafe. Rent with caution. 」

「Everything was very good at the hotel with the exception of the there was a terrible sewer smell when we arrived on Friday afternoon on the first floor entry from the parking area and again on the 4th floor going to our room. Seemed not to be as bad on Saturday but did notice it again strong this morning. The carpet on the 4th floor on the way to our room was very dated and dirty looking. 「Pros: - close to office I was traveling for - comfortable bed - not-feather pillows (feathers do not support my side-sleeping) - small gym and cardio rooms - space to work in room (desk) - neat reading lights on the bed’s headboard Cons: - old property (looks worn; ceiling tile in closet coming down, carpet bunches in places) - bathtub faucet sprays water out during shower (though I suppose the spray was nice for cleaning feet) - no fan for the bathroom (I don’t like not having a fan on during...

「The rooms keys weren’t working so the receptionist has to take every single guest to the room so we had to wait for them to come back to get checked it. We weren’t able to all leave the door if we would be locked out and had to ask the receptionist again to let us into our room. It seemed very inconvenient 」
