「We stayed at this hotel for a week.
Facility is not new but enough for sleeping after sightseeing NYC.
Walls are thin, so sometimes I could hear too much from my neighbor's room .
I didn’t care about that so much.」
「Hotel staff were very good. First room smelled of smoke. Second room had a door lock that didn't work that they were going to fix but that wasn't fixed, so the hotel staff let us in and out of roof. Also, coffee maker was broken. Beautiful lobby, but the hotel rooms need some work.」
「From the moment you walk in to the hotel you can see how clean they keep it. The staff are friendly, polite & very accommodating!! Our entire experience from checking in to checkout was wonderful! They provided us with free breakfast along with late checkout! The room was nice, comfortable and clean!! They are conveniently located off of 495 and close to shopping, restaurant’s & gas stations etc! It was such a pleasure staying there, that we are booked for another stay in December.」

House keeping people work nice.
However, all most all the front desk persons are terribly rude and not kind to customers.
