Pool is scary I needed 2 room changes because it was dirty and found roaches in the second one. Adressed it with front desk. He was stellar and helped me out and took care of my stay as well. Not bad! But pool is scary. It’s an older place not bad for a quick stay

We found the walls a little "thin" and both of our neighbors were loud enough to be a distraction for us when trying to get to sleep

I think you would have to have a specific reason to go to Brentwood, its kind of just there in the middle of Long Island. I grew up near by and wanted to visit old haunts. It was a nice middle class neighborhood, very safe and friendly.
