「Rooms are very clean, they clean and change towels every day, location is excellent, breakfast is very good!」

「Charming, clean and well maintained boutique hotel. Staff very attentive and friendly. Will stay there again in the future.」

「Someone in a staff spa uniform tried to enter my room at 10pm. When I chased him to the front desk, they did not apologize and only replied with an angry face, "it was a mistake". Very suspicious and unsafe and not acceptable. To date, I have not heard back from management which would indicate that they do not care. Also, my slider to the pool on pool level was unlocked when we finally got our room at 4:15pm instead of the 3pm check in time. Very disappointed in the hotel and staff. The...

「Very central to the old town, about 3mins away, best breakfast I’ve ever experienced. Definitely worth every penny. Highly recommend」

「Montenegro is beautiful. Fantastic hotel, staff were great and restaurant was excellent. Recommend asking the hotel to book taxis as you will pay much more on your own. Kotor cable car and rides are a must, amazing views and the rides were fun! Tip - avoid the cruise ship crowds by going early, opens at 9am. Airport struggled with volume of people but we didn’t miss our flight!」

「Lovely two room suite with a view of the sea. Close to the old town and restaurants and bars. You have to call the front desk to get access to the garage and it is not well signed. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The restaurant staff not so good. We were going to eat at the restaurant the first night as it was supposed to rain. We asked the man there where the non smoking area was and he pointed to the room with a large group of people at a table smoking cigarettes...

「Fantastic hotel 🏨 . The staff are amazing nothing is to much trouble at all . They let us checkin 5 hours early for free . Upgrade our room with a great sea and harbour view. Pools fantastic . Great sunbeds, comfortable and clean . Breakfast was great 👍 hot and cold lots to choses from. Just a short walk to the beach 🏖️ bit of a walk up hill back but this was no isssue to us. The local buses 🚌 stop outside the hotel . Just 2ero around the area. Great area for walking . Just loved it . We...

「Staff is helpful and handled any issues that came up. Our room had water stains on the ceiling and smoke detector taken apart. The staff advised they knew about it and it was okay to stay in the room. Woke up one morning and floor was wet and moisture on the ceiling. Staff moved us to another room. The rooms are showing their wear and tear and do need to be updated. Breakfast is good. We had a sea view but there is a-lot of construction going on so you also see lots of trash next to the hotel....
