The thing that I really appreciate about this Hyatt was that it had a bathtub/shower combination rather than just a shower. I really needed the relaxation of a bath on this trip, but more importantly, it kept the floor from getting soaked, which is a huge problem I've had with other airport hotels. This one definitely met my needs, and I would stay here again."

We had a problem with the AC not staying on and were given another room without hesitation since we had two more nights. Very close proximity to Terminal 2 with easy access to very inexpensive airport bus."
