"The resort was very cute. The rooms were basic, but well maintained. Everything functioned properly and was comfortable. The pool and bar were very nice areas. The staff at the bar were very helpful and kind. It was nice to have a seashell washing station and an outdoor shower for washing off before and after using the pool or going on the beach. There was a nice area with bean bag toss and hammocks just outside the bar. It would have been nice if there had been a few more chairs around the area to sit and enjoy the view. The view was blocked by hedges when you were in the pool/bar area. The beach was further from the resort than expected. It wasn't a bad thing, it was just a further walk in the sand, which was hard for my limited mobility. The beach was well maintained and beautiful. Again, it would have been nice if there had been more chairs available for sitting on the beach. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. They provided laundry soap and were able to change dollars into quarters, so we could use the washer/dryer. They also were helpful with other requests. The lobby was a nice place to sit indoors and visit with our group. It's very cute and spacious for sitting. The cafe/restaurant were nice as well. We enjoyed sitting on the patio each morning with a coffee and enjoyed a meal and drinks there on our final night. Staff is very helpful. Ask for clarification on times that it is open, as that was not always clear. Excellent experience."

"This would’ve been an absolutely perfect visit, but there were 3 issues that were quite significant: check-in, unit temperature, and TV Wi-Fi. But first, the good stuff! Location, location, location! We were a short bike ride away from the nature preserve, animal rehab facility, shell museum and aquarium, and popular beaches. There was also an amazing beach access at the end of the street. The unit was pristine and efficiently thought out to maximize space. We also greatly appreciated the rental credit which essentially paid for our rental bikes. The not so great…When we arrived after driving all day, we could not access the unit. We were grateful that, even though it was after hours, the property manager picked up very quickly, and after 10 minutes of troubleshooting, finally helped us access the key box. When we got into the unit, the room was unbearably hot. The thermostat read 72 and the instructions said we could not go down any further due to limitations on the system. We finally had to call the property manager the next day and it turned out they were reading 74 so they adjusted it which we greatly appreciated. Finally, we were eager to take advantage of the full array of stations on the TV but the Wi-Fi was so spotty, shows would freeze every few minutes. We finally gave up and logged into our own Netflix account. We would love to come back to this property again!"

"This is a brand new truly lovely resort. Large rooms with high ceilings, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. bathroom was spa like and the decorating was beautiful. Located right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. "

"Beautiful house ! Immaculately clean! Lovely pool but the hot tub was cold the entire time and the elevator only worked sporadically. Would be lovely to have a large table and umbrella out by the pool."
