"The property has a lovely pool and surroundings, nice ambience, family atmosphere. We had a lovely room, spacious. Unfortunately breakfast with an allergy was forgotton. Suggest the fridge be upgraded so it keeps drinks cold in summer as really not adequate. Please when contact is needed it would be useful to have a contact number to ring when no one is around. "
"As someone who usually stays at very cheap stays, this was a treat. I stayed by myself and I felt like the room was very big. The bathroom and shower were small but fine. Front desk attendants were very nice and the breakfast was simple but enough to get my day started. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night! Beautiful villa. I would stay again!"

"The location was amazing. It was very close to all the main sights such as the duomo, museums and the underground tour. There were lots of great restaurants within a few minutes walk.
Unfortunately the accommodations were lacking in some basic provisions that we had expected would be provided such as toilet paper, pillow cases for the extra pillows which we required, drying towels for dishes,
Also of importance is that to there is not parking spot provided which we understood from the website...

"The flat is cozy, spacious, clean, tidy and well equipped. Many good resturants are near the apartment. Its location is good and very close to the sightseeing within 5-10 min walk.
The apartment staff Rita customer service is excellent, responsible and very helpful.
Without elevator is a concerned for elderly people if they are carrying luggages. Other than that, it is a perfect accommodation."

"Casa Angelo delle Rose was the perfect home away from home while we were in Orvieto!Comfy bed, big shower with great water pressure, extremely clean and amazing views of the city from the extra large balcony! The kitchen was stocked with all the amenities and being able to do laundry was a huge plus.The location was great! It was a 4 minute drive to the parking garage and Annarita even provided us with a parking pass. In and out of the city was a breeze! It really was a perfect location if you are looking for a place to stay outside the city.Annarita was an amazing host! She cares very much about her guests and their stay in her home. We really enjoyed chatting with her and learning about her beautiful city. I wish we could have stayed longer! I can't recommend this place enough!!"
