「I have 5 kids 4 of which are in travel sports, my husband travels for work, we both are also world travelers and I have never had anything stolen from my suitcase until now. The crazy thing is something told me in my head to take pictures of my suitcase’s belongings and I pushed it to the side, I’ve should have went with my gut! We were gone most of the day for a volleyball tournament, during that time my $200 Veja shoes were stolen from underneath my laundry bag. The housekeeper says she didn’t...

「The staff were mostly helpful and very nice, specially the receptionist in the afternoon and the last at the breakfast. The room is just fine but the room service was not even. Do not stay in room 210 because of the noise of washing machine or something in the middle of the night.」

「Location is good for access to all areas of town. It is also very close to a very busy street and the interstate off-ramp, so a bit noisy. There was very little warm water for showers (nowhere close to hot) - and we were told that it must have just been when everyone was taking showers. The time frame of the 3 showers among our group was over a 2-hour window. Clearly, this should be updated to be able to accommodate travelers.」

「Just arrived later in the evening. Spent the night. Fantastic staff. Clean comfortable room. Restaurant under renovatio. After flood damage so continental breakfast was fresh and simple. Really great place.」

「Budget rate and property reflects that. Dated rooms but were clean and tidy. I would stay again if looking for a low priced room. Was safe area and in downtown convenient location. Only trouble was noise from loud fan of AC / heating unit and I’m a light sleeper. Couldn’t adjust fan to low speed when in heating mode. Ear plugs worked to allow sleep. 」
