The staff was friendly and the casino/bar made some amazing drinks. The room was dark, only one lamp. The window was ground level to the indoor pool so we kept the curtain closed. I looked behind night stand and it was pretty dirty with an old lifesaver on the ground. The hotel offered free coffee which is great, however, they ran out of creamer. Hotel is pet friendly and nice place to walk dogs behind hotel… probably wouldn’t walk after dark… it was kind of sketchy… it was during St Patrick’s Day… so, probably more people drinking than usual. For the price, you get what you pay for. Bed was comfortable and heat worked. Good shower pressure but no complementary shampoo/conditioner.

Yes the room was dirty floors were terrible sheets on bed had cigarette burns the heater did not work properly kept shutting off at 19 degrees outside. The room was very noisy. I would avoid this property! Not worth it!

Front desk older gentleman was unresponsive and not helpful at all. Room clean enough, but daily extra tasks could really help. Like dirty handprints on the bathroom walls, paint scuffed in bedroom. Wouldn’t take much effort or cost. No breakfast. I doubt if the pool is ever open. It’s a sad place. But clean enough The bar/casino was good! Bartender was kind and personable, and good price. Florence coffee company around the corner was awesome. Good coffee. Really nice staff.

We had two rooms. Both were filthy. One missing a bedspread and a full body print on the bed. Trash cans were full with old blood and bandaids. The bed linens weren't fresh, there was animal hair throughout the sheets in both rooms. All floors and hallways in the entire building were filthy. The rooms floors were sticky with a film on them. Bathrooms had mold and mildew on the 40 year old tile and grout. Water dispenser in lobby dispensed dirt chunks with the water. A disgusting place to stay. We left to a hotel next door and just forfeited the cost. The front desk attendant was no help, no apologies, playing on his phone the entire time.
