This was a lovely, restful, unique respite in the midst of a long journey. We were going to stay for just one night but extended a second night just to enjoy the place and soak. Highly recommend.
It’s beautiful there and the new pools are amazing. The nightly room cost is a little steep so we usually only go once a year. I wish they let you pay to come in for the day
The overall stay was decent, the room wasn’t super clean, hair on the bathroom walls and some garbage on the floor behind the beds that was missed. The pool was nice and although we knew going into it that the outside pool was closed the heated walk ways are not working so you had to walk barefoot in snow and froze it was really rough! The staff was really amazing though through and through.
Afternoon front desk staff was exceptional and accommodating and friendly. Swimming was my kids favorite part of our whole vacation. We will come back again.
We stayed here as a halfway point between The Grand Tetons NP and Glacier NP. This place was awesome! It was beautifully decorated and the staff was super friendly. It has a restaurant, a bar and ofcourse the hot sping pools! The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to others!
We love our weekend at Fairmont Hot Springs!! The pools were clean and comfortable. The hotel and restaurants staff was friendly and very helpful!! Great place to relax and enjoy your stay in Montana!!
Pool was nice room was a little rough.. hole patch on ceiling, squished bugs in bathroom ceiling. But it was a crash pad on the road trip and the kids loved the pools and slide. Golf course was nice too!.

The outdoor pools were nice & the kids loved the waterslide. Happy to see they are adding some additional pools onsite. We had a nice one night stay.
The pools are great. Nice to have drinks available in the pool area. The drying rack in the tub was not working so we used our patio furniture for that. Not ideal. We ate at the cafe for dinner-two of the orders were wrong. Food was pretty expensive and just pretty good. Breakfast was very good except for the cinnamon roll French toast -hard and flat. Cinnamon rolls were great.

New pools were great, but room was dated. Took 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Ran heat all night and room barely for above 68. Not a value experience for the price of the room

A nice family place!
The pools were nice with the ability to choose indoors or out, the golf course is great and there are other options for families like mini golf, and a play area.
Overall the property is dated but nice enough.
The restaurant options a good too.
Always an amazing stay - I just wish the food in the restaurants wasn’t so expensive though our meals at the waters edge were very tasty and well prepared. We also had very excellent service.
I have been coming to Fairmont for 30 plus years! I love it!
I would just suggest the pool staying open later on the weekends in the summer. And a coffee stand separate from the restaurant.
But we love the golf course and the bar is great! We’ll be back!
Check in easy, staff friendly, rooms clean, beds comfortable, hot springs relaxing and clean. We chose to not to eat at restaurants and go in to Anaconda.
