"Overall it was a decent hotel. Bathroom could be cleaner and my room phone didn’t work at all. Front desk staff was ok. The convenience store staff also just ok. I didn’t feel like anyone was willing to go out there way. The bellmen were very kind and helpful. Very easy to get a taxi. "

"Parking is very limited, some outlets did not work in room, hot tub did not heat, room size and layout was 5 star. Restaurant and staff were very pleasant. Very close to Red Hook (shoppong, Restaurants, grocery store, ferry terminal). "
