「We paid for a king but when we went into our room it was a double. I went to the desk to say we were given the wrong size room and was told they did not have anymore king size rooms on that floor. I complained and then was told I could move to an outside room with a king sized bed. The lady at the desk was not very helpful or accommodating and I did not feel I was wrong about complaining about not having the room I booked and paid for. Very outdated but it was convenient to be so close to...

Fun to watch the water plane take off and land …and the cruise ships come and go. Good food close by for breakfast and lunch that you can bring back and eat on the covered porch. Their landscaping on the property was fabulous and the pool was refreshing. 」

「This property is rented as a waterfront view. Half the time you’re there you will be looking directly at the side of a cruise ship that completely blocks any view of any water. I don’t know how this was overlooked when describing the property, but I think that everybody should know this before booking a waterfront room here.」
