「very good HTL. Although I was.forced to wait for. 20 min for moving to the room that was under making up , they offered to give me tea for waiting time. That tea was good with.Japanese special black iron pod. Very impressed & I enjoyed to work with my laptop pc & hotei free internet. When I come to Bordeaux. will stay there.」

「Wonderfully appointed rooms and warm staff 」

「Very clean. Friendly staff. Good location」

「We loved this hotel! From the moment we entered we felt at home. Over nine nights we became a family with a terrific staff of the hotel. Truly 5 Star in every respect imaginable Left yesterday and already miss them today. Your every wish is attended to, be in room service, any type of recommendation , or anything else on your mind. Very quiet location, yet very short distance to everything. We will be back」

「The lobby was beautiful. There was a quiet room attached for sitting plus a hotel bar. We liked the location. It was a bit of a walk into the tourist area. There are lots of good restaurants within blocks of the hotel. The front desk gives you a list. We tried several. We were not happy with the room. We had two twin beds which took up the whole room. A small table and chairs were shoved up against the wall and bed. What we found really annoying was the lights. The only way to turn on...
