"We had a very short but sweet stay at Ambleside, just an overnight, but found it to be beautiful, spotless, and wonderfully appointed for a stay of any length. The Welcome Basket was a lovely - and much appreciated - surprise! We definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area!"

"Shower was small, room was a little tight, but well kept up place. It would have been lovely to sit outside on the provided chairs, but very cold weather prevented this. Very walkable to great restaurants and shops "

"We loved the house--it was homey and clean, and it felt like someone's actual home. So many short term rentals these days are investment properties and feel like they've been outfitted by AI--something that had a vague idea of what a human on vacation might want, but no actual human experience. The kitchen and bathrooms had all the things we needed, the livingroom was cozy and all the furniture was comfortable. Sitting on the warm rocks down by the beach was lovely, and there are SO many great places to walk nearby. We highly recommend the Appalachee Preserves, which are just a short walk away. We ate out at Ports of Italy and the Thistle Inn and both were delicious. We had a great visit and would definitely stay here again. "
