"風呂のシャワー温度管理がしずらい熱くなったり、冷たくなったり。温度蛇口を付けて温度でかんりできるようにしてもらいたい。火傷をする。シャワーを掛ける部分の使い方が分からず最初かかった場所でしか使用出来なかった。やり方があればわかりやすく書いてもらいたい分かるところに。"

"It was comfortable. I guess I misread the fried print or did not read it well enough nothing has refills, but it was still OK. I just wish I would’ve known beforehand. The room was very clean and comfortable and the only other thing if you want a bike ride you have to have a Tokyo number in order to rent the bike that was the only thing I wish I would’ve known beforehand as well so I could enjoy my time a little bit better other than that everything was great."

"The biggest disappointment during our stay was being assigned to an older wing of the hotel that was not accurately represented in the booking description or photos. Based on the listing, we expected a more modern and updated experience, so arriving to an outdated section made us feel like we had been pushed into the “older” part of the property without warning. For families especially, transparency matters. If the hotel has significantly different room standards across sections, that should be clearly stated at the time of booking so guests know exactly what they are paying for."

"Fantastic location, we are just a few minutes walk away from Universal Studios. There is a literal mall just outside the hotel where you can get food, shop for merchandise, and also 2 convenient stores for your comfort. The rooms are a little older but very comfortable. There is even a shoe dryer. Came in handy after a rainy day at USJ. Would stay again."
