The staff were very helpful. Matteo made reservations for us at a restaurant frequented by locals as we were looking for an authentic meal. He also made several helpful suggestions for things to see and do. We had a beautiful room and the linens were very nice. A short walk to the water bus. We would stay there again.

Great location, lovely and clean. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided a great assortment and cappuccino was an added treat. The room was clean, comfortable, and the bathroom was roomy, clean, and provided a great shower. There are a lot of choices and we were happy that we chose Hotel Canal Grand.

We are returning customers, stayed 2 nights finishing our euro trip. Property was upgraded adding dining and bar option. Friendly staff and excellent location. There was minimal smell coming from plumbing in the bathroom, not noticable in the room. Will visit again.
