「We stayed the last week of October at the property. It was perfect for our family. Short 15 minute drive from Kremmling and just minutes away from National Forest. Tons of wildlife around the property from deer to pronghorn. Very cozy house, especially during an all day winter storm. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area!」

We saw a lot of wildlife, it was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen items and we loved having the peloton bike and weights. The location was perfect for us as it was only 5 minutes from the wedding we were attending, and we loved that Steamboat was less than an hour away and we were able to spend an afternoon there. We are already thinking about when we can come back! 」

「The cabin is wonderful and the location is amazing, however it proved to be a bit challenging for our purposes. We had a group coming up from Denver, and people were arriving at various times on Friday night. Because of forest service regulations, guests are not allowed to drive to the cabin to unload their stuff. They have to park downslope 200 yards and hike up. Wouldn't be a big deal if you didn't have much to carry, but we had heavy things like coolers full of ice and beverages. The cabin...
