They do their best to create the truly Austrian ambiance which Vail was originally designed to replicate. In some ways the hotel is showing it's age but they do their best to maintain the elegant nature of this cozy boutique hotel."

"Cute historical cabin stay. If your into romantic getaways this will do nicely. Everything is quiet and peaceful with lots of local scenery and wildlife. I don't remember the young man who was working the desk, but he was very pleasant and managed things well.The only real issue we had was that its not clear in the booking info that the name of the place is actually "Ski Tip Lodge". So, when we showed up we had to call and verify that we were at the correct location. "
