"En ningún momento nos indicaron lo difícil de acceso a la propiedad tienes que aparcar en una plaza fuera del centro muy incómodo con las maletas el hotel no ayudó , la persona de la recepción tampoco facilitó al traslado de las maletas al cuarto tuvo que hacerlo una chica joven finalmente lo hicimos nosotros el día de la salida tampoco nos ayudaron tuvimos que trasladarnos con las maletas hasta el vehículo Sin hablar de la cama con un colchón de poca calidad cualquier ruido en la propiedad se...

"This was our first time visiting Gallipoli and what a wonderful surprise to stay at such a beautiful hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We actually decided to stay longer! The hotel grounds are beautiful and I spent time exploring the many private areas! Breakfast was good and served in a lovely terrace area. Air conditioning was nice and cold! We will definitely be back!"

"We had a great stay. We had an issue with our room the first night but the hotel found an alternative and offered us dinner to compensate. The hotel is lovely, well kept and the pool area, whilst small, is a real find. The services are limited at the hotel, but you can order drinks which are collected from the sister property just up the road. After our stay I realised I’d left my AirPods which the hotel located and sent back to me, which I was very appreciative of. I’d not hesitate to stay here...

"we booked with expedia and their email stated everyone in our travel group 7 adults had a 1 hour free spa experience, when we checked in the hotel said no we were not able to have this. l questioned this and showed them the email but they denied it, l feel they should have honoured this, we booked 4 rooms for 4 nights, not a pleasant check in welcome. Breakfast was very good and the hotel shuttle to the beachclub was very convenient."
