「Hacienda looks amazing online. Beautiful interior courtyard and gorgeous exterior trees and plants. However, there is no ‘life’ no ‘atmosphere’ inside. It leaves you with a cold feeling both literally and figuratively. The bar tender was wonderful. The room was old and had a bad smell. It has great potential, but we would not stay there again unless there were some serious renovations. Staff was pleasant. 」

「Everything was impeccable, the room was gorgeous and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive to every detail, from the minute we stepped in until we checked out.
