「Cabin was small which was expected, however there were no closets or dressers for clothing storage, nothing but couple of hooks which needed to hang a coat or a towel. Many rules and regulations most common sense, seeed regimented. Beach was also very small area. No chairs or room for much. Still stay was ok for 2 nights.」

「The cottage was exactly as described and was equipped with everything you need for a few nights. Karen greeted us to show us around the property and was super kind and helpful throughout our stay. Even though we didn’t have perfect weather, we still managed to make the most of it and had a blast. I would definitely recommend this place and will hopefully be going back myself in the future. 「The house is huge - the furniture is quite shabby - couches on blocks of wood. Beds are falling apart. Only sheets provided not a single blanket in the house and only a couple of towels. The outdoor area was completely overgrown and the firepit had no usable area to sit around it. The decks were huge. There was no bbq that was usable and the canoe was full of holes. The upstairs is very odd with a railing around a hole in the middle. Pretty much a waste of space. The railings should be...

「We can only recommend this cottage. Sophie was a super host, easy to talk to, quick to respond. She made sure we had all we needed. Great house for a family with kids. All you need is there. The location is superb. The house is comfortable, the hot tub amazing and the view of the lake just perfect. Kayaks to use, a lovley garden to relax and spacious rooms to sleep. We will try and be back again.」

「Great property tucked away on the north shore of Head Lake. Very private. Great for young kids in terms of fishing and the paddle board and kayaks were a hit and kept them busy. Owners take great care to ensure everything is thought of. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thanks again. 」

「Such an amazing week. Thanks to Tanya, our attentive and helpful host, my two kids (and our lab!) and I enjoyed our time. The cottage is well appointed, clean, pet friendly, with rooms accommodate everyone and a gorgeous outdoor space. We took a polar bear swim (late october!) and we're all looking forward to enjoying the cottage and lake next summer. No question, this will be our go to cottage in the Kawartha's. Thanks, Tanya!」

「Was a great weekend getaway 」

「We had an extremely enjoyable time playing miniature golf and go carting and swimming one day and fun and educational time visiting Settlers Village in Bobcaygeon, the Ojibway Centre at Curve Lake and hiking and swimming in Basam Lake Park. We enjoyed the space in the cottage and the town of Cobaconk.」

「Clean and cute. Close to the water. Had all the fixings for four.. No outdoor eating area would be my only complaint. Bring chairs for the beach and campfire only Muskoka chairs provided. 」

「Excellent location very responsive host. The only thing that was inaccurate in the listing was the total of bedrooms. On the listing it has eight bedrooms and unfortunately, this place only has five bedrooms and one out of the five bedrooms is a child’s room so it won’t sleep two people comfortably.our group was 6 couples and it was hard to deal with bedroom arrangements. The property lacked maintenance overall. Will definitely rent again in the future but only maximum 4 couples. 」
