「Apartment was clean and tidy. Everything near by such as restaurants and pubs etc. Called the night before to arrange pick up if keys. Proved to be difficult and when got through they didn't know I had booked the apartment. They tried to charge me extra for cleaning fee even though I had already paid for it. On day of arrival took ages to get in touch with them but was very accommodating when got there and apologised. 」

「This was actually very sad and disappointing. The lay out and space and location was perfect for us but the apartment, itself, was filthy. The showers were full of mildew. Not the mildew from age that could be hard wash away, it literally flaked off when the water hit it.The carpet/floors were obviously never vacuumed/cleaned. The utensils in drawers were dirty, I had to wash them before using. The plates in cabinet were wet and smelled musty. The garbage can lid in kitchen was filthy with old...

「Really great accommodation at a reasonable price. Apartment was decorated and equipped to a high standard. Dedicated parking space. Area fantastic, close to a big park and local amenities and about a 15 to 20 minutes walk from the beach. Very easy access by train and road to Liverpool and Southport. So much to do and see in this area and in Liverpool itself and near to Wales, the Pennines and the Lakes. 」
