「We stayed in Room 14. It’s has 3 beds. Very comfortable. Four adults parents/kids stayed here and enjoyed the room. Stairs. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Air conditioner. Heater available. Staff is AMAZING! Very nice morning breakfast. Beach towels. In a fabulous location to beach or downtown. Highly recommend staying here. Each room is unique. Check each one out and choose the one you like the best as each has different features. 」

「Very walkable spot for downtown and the harbor area. Todd was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was accommodated and everything was running smoothly! He is outstanding and could not be more helpful and welcoming! Made to order breakfast was delicious. Happy hour drinks and snacks were great. Only downside was our bathroom/shower situation was very tiny and tight and lots of street noise at night. However, if we could get a different room we would absolutely stay here...

「Loved the property as we stayed in the guest house. The friendly black cat would come greet us in the morning as we sat on our private patio for coffee. The picnic basket breakfast was delivered at 9 am and was delicious. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room. The flowers around the whole bed and breakfast were beautiful 」

「Perfect hotel for me, my partner, and dog! Other hotels and airbnbs in the area were extra expensive and/or not pet-friendly due to LDW, and we didn’t want to spend $1,000+ for just a 3-night stay. If you’re looking for a hotel that’s affordable, perfectly located, has a lot of outdoor activities, very dog friendly, and a midwest/vintage charm, Sun & Sand is a great choice. 「This is definitely a work in progress. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet for the most part and the staff was very friendly. It's clear a family has taken on the job of restoring this property to a new, beautiful standard. I was pleased with the location, the price and our room. The elevator is a little scary at the moment, but I'm sure it will be fixed. I look forward to seeing it fully restored.」
