Bloody Bay Beach

Money was stolen from our room by room service and the resort did nothing about it except say they couldn’t prove anything. Girlfriend and I stayed for a week to get away and relax. Beach was nice (seaweed took up a portion of the water so make sure the check the status of that ahead of time) as I imagine it could be a problem depending on the time of the year. Resort is an hour from the airport (not great) you pass like 15 resorts on the way to this one so I’d find a closer one. Resort has pretty bad shuttle transportation to and from airport so make sure you figure that out ahead of time. I’d personally recommend at least 5 other resorts closer to the airport as this place is too far, mid tier on almost every category, and they did nothing after we reported a stolen $100 bill that was searched through multiple zippers in a backpack. Left a bad taste in our mouth as we found out it was taken 30 mins before our taxi to the airport. Customer service was awful, I’d stay away

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing. Had no trouble making reservations for any of the restaurants a day ahead of time. Buffet was very delicious with only a few minute wait to be seated. The beaches and pools were wonderful. Loved the shows every night!
