「We stayed in a King handicap accessible room. I originally booked the wrong room and they did a courtesy by upgrading to this room at no additional charge. It was spacious and the bathroom with handicap shower was huge! My complaint with the room is that it had a nice good sized balcony but my boyfriend could not get down the 2 steps to get to enjoy it. 「I thought I had booked a room with a kitchen when I made the reservation. However, when I arrived, I found that the room did not have a kitchen. I asked the lady at the front desk and she immediately responded. She was very kind and I was able to spend 3 wonderful days there. I highly recommend this facility!」
