「This was really just a crash pad for my wife and I as we spent three nights there while visiting old friends in the area. Worked fine for that purpose at what was a reasonable rate for the Rhode Island seashore. Nice pool and grounds but we did not use except to briefly sit outside reading for 40 minutes one evening.
