"I spent six nights at the Hampton Inn and had an outstanding experience from beginning to end. The hotel is in a great location, the entire facility was clean and well maintained, and the staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The amenities made an extended stay especially comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start each morning, and I really appreciated having unlimited tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available 24/7. The onsite gym is also surprisingly well equipped and was a huge plus during a six-night stay. The location is incredibly convenient, with a grocery store, Starbucks, and several restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab anything I needed without going far. What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was Taylon Hopkins at the front desk. Taylon went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and that I had everything I needed. The level of attentiveness, professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality really stood out. It’s people like Taylon who turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one, and I hope Hampton Inn recognizes the exceptional level of service Taylon provides to guests. After six nights, I can confidently say this was an excellent experience. Clean rooms and facilities, a convenient location, great amenities, complimentary breakfast, and truly outstanding customer service. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone visiting the area."

"I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel this past weekend while I was in town for a concert, and I can honestly say the experience was a 10/10! ❤️ Of course, I had to make things interesting and somehow managed to accidentally leave my pocketbook back in NC. 😂🤦🏽‍♀️ How I did that, I still don’t understand! Being states away with no pocketbook could have easily turned into a stressful situation, but thankfully, the gentleman at the front desk, Roberto V., was absolutely amazing! He was so kind, patient, and helpful during my check-in and even took the time to explain all the places nearby where I could use Tap to Pay. That kindness truly made a stressful situation so much easier! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. You can definitely tell that great customer service is important here. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back in the future! If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with an amazing staff and great service, I highly recommend staying here! ❤️ Overall experience: 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
