We have been trying to contact the north coast hotel about a mix up with our booking through hotels.con but they are not responding in anyway. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable we really enjoyed our stay.

Pretty grim

Positives - warm, check in was ok even though it was entirely unstaffed. Pleasant staff on phone. Negatives - slug/ snail trails over the carpet. The whole room smelt damp. The toilet seat/ lid shut on you whilst you were using the toilet - and I pee pretty quickly but couldn’t pee quick enough to prevent this happening to me which was pretty disgusting. There appears to be no central heating either for the hotel or water - individual water heater for all water outlets including sink. Electric heaters in room. Furniture literally falling apart in some cases. There is one parking space at the front of the hotel but charged at £10 - there is free unlimited on street parking approx 2 minutes walk away. Not sure how it was rated as highly as it was on hotels. I would not stay there again.

When i arrived at the hotel i had to wait 10 minutes to get in and when i went into the room the tv only had one channel no heating they get me another tv and gave me a electric fire the quilt was a single one in a double quilt cover
