「Great location, warm cozy and clean great stay」

「Parking tight but good to have for convenience. Used 2 rooms. Tastefully decorated. Mire oldy world charm. Clean and warm. One had a small balcony. Nice for better weather. Staff friendly, breakfast good. Only stayed one night. Was nice to relax in the sitting room at the end of the day. Comfy chairs. Just a small nighle. Would like to have had options of decaf coffee and hot chocolate with a couple of biscuits. I did get decaff when i asked. Not a problem. All in all a very good experience...

「On booking the St Ives Hotel we were informed that the room would be in the annexe and that there would be some steps to negotiate to access the room. No mention that the annexe is located in what appeared to be a service yard and that the room is effectively below ground! Very shabby and grubby. Would definitely not go back there 」

Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. 「I stayed at the hotel between the 11-13 of July. Very hot weekend. Price of the hotel included PARKING and air conditioning. When I arrived I found out there is only a fan with water in the room. I was told exactly where to park by the receptionist which never bothered to let me know I need to register the parking as if I should miraculously know.
