「Really friendly check in. Informative gave us later check out due to the nature of our stay. Room very spacious and clean. However room very cold radiator doesnt work. Called the number at reception they brought a portable heater which was fab. If it had just been my partner & myself staying it」

「The rooms have been renovated. They were clean, tidy and simple. Both rooms were unable to get hot water for showers. The sink had hot water. This we could not figure out. Be sure to bring your personal soap and shampoo. The two staff were friendly and helpful. This loacaton worked fine for our quick stay in Dinwall.」

「This is a great wee place to stay if you are stopping off or looking for some cheap and quick. The staff were amazing and super helpful. And offer use of the kitchen if I wanted to make some food. Honestly amazing! Also offered to make up a wee bag for breakfast as I was leaving early! I managed to get something before I left. Only thing I’ll say, the room could do a with a little TLC, the shower doors don’t close properly, the door handle is loose and the curtains need fixed slightly, but...

「Can highly recommend this guest house. Superb views from the en-suite room and breakfast room, comfy bed, clean and the host is excellent. Breakfast is cooked to order and fresh and all diets are catered for. There is plenty of parking on-site, places to eat in the local village and places within a short drive. Easy access to the coast road.」

「Enjoyed the old world feel of a historic building with updated modern conveniences. Very clean room with comfortable king bed and a wonderful view overlooking the Ness River. Modern, good sized bathroom. Has a lift (elevator) if you’re needing it, but easy stairs up to our first floor room.
