"I give this property a solid 4 in its class. That is to say an older, affordable walk-up in the city centre and near the train station. They could renovate, modernize and charge triple the rate. I had to depart before the complimentary breakfast was served but it looked plentiful and fresh. If you’re looking for basic overnight accommodation then this should suit."

"All facilities clean and well maintained, though signs of age and wear and tear are starting to show. Really convenient for access to Inverness and Dingwall. Breakfast is a bit unimaginative. "Great place. We liked it. A particular host gentleman( mostly his name was John) who is usually in the Bar and helps with the breakfast is very helpful and a great guy. Goes out of the way to help out. Highly recommended to stay here. Only thing to note it doesn’t have elevators but I think mostly no hotels in Skye have it."

"the hotel was clean and tidy but needs upgrading in the future like most hotels this age. the hotel is in good location for the town centre. The bedroom was a good size but unable to open any windows. The tv was hard to get local programs and streaming channels. Overall we would stay again as we new the age of the property when we booked."
