The main bed was comfortable BUT the futon's were actually chairs that folded out and they were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. There was no staff available. It was all contactless. "The host was welcoming and friendly that she led us to the chalet when we got lost. Everything was tidy and neat from bedrooms, the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room. The hob is easy to use and both the dishwasher and the washing machine were working well and clean. The heater and the boiler were functioning well which were important after experiencing bad weather outdoor. My family had a good time there, which was a good base to visit Scottish Highland and Isle of Skye."

"The location is excellent, walking a few minutes to the railroad station, pubs with great music, shopping, and more right in the heart of Inverness. The continental breakfast was adequate with quite a selection of cereal, breads, crumpets, juices, and coffee. The bathroom en suite could have used towel racks and the room with twin beds is small. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall a good place to sleep for my wife and I since we don't spend much time in the room, too much to do and see. I thought it was quite expensive for the amenities, but seems to be the going rate. Oh, and no elevator to the reception desk on the first floor."

This is an expensive area and this place is one of the cheaper hotels. The restaurant food was variable. The salmon on pea risotto was very good while the lemon tart was very forgettable. The staff were very good."
