The view from the breakfast room was beautiful! Sheep and green pastures. The breakfast was lovely--scones, eggs, pastries, etc tea, coffee, juice. Well stocked. Clean rooms, easy parking. We definitely recommend this place and we would book again.

Booked late, friendly greeting on arrival. Beautiful room and so comfy, great ensuite with lovey hot water. Great recommendations for dinner. Very quiet place and there were other guest. Delicious breakfast. Catherine the owner host was wonderful 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend recommend this place

The property is lovely and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I picked a place outside the city for the quiet and that is why I am not giving it higher rating. Walls are super thin and as I told the owner it was like my neighbors were having a frat party. Loud talking and laughing until almost midnight and when I dressed to go ask them for quiet it was like the whole hall was blasting tvs or laughing it up. When it finally calmed down in the early hours the guy next door was snoring and it woke me up. For the price I just don’t expect to hear my neighbors. All that being said it is a lovely property and if you aren’t a light sleeper the rooms are quite nice.

Traveling alone, I had hesitations but all the positive reviews hold true ~ it was an absolute delight staying here! Very clean, quiet and located beautifully along a farm with sheep, it was a convenient country drive to Inverness. Highly recommend!

Managed to book the last room available a twin with plenty of room and comfortable beds. Said own bathroom but was across the public hallway. At check in was not advised to turn power to bathroom was a switch outside in public hallway. Not great when already stripped off. Eventually worked it out. Breakfast was great with outlook over country side.

Very comfortable stay

Over night stay was very comfortable. The room was very clean and tidy, bed was excellent. Just slightly, but only slightly disappointed with the breakfast offering.

Good to be back

Nice to return to Hillview Park. Breakfast very good, from 7:30am, cooked option is eggs of choice (not full cooked breakfast). Delicious freshly baked scones. Easy parking and quiet.

The B&B is outstanding value for money. Immaculately kept. Fitting are all new and in perfect condition. Nice outlook on to the mountains and fields. Beakfast was served on time and of excellnt quality.

The bedroom and bathroom we had were very good, very generous space, clean with a lovely very modern bathroom. The bed was very comfortable although it would have been nice to have a king size duvet instead of a double. My husband was a little surprised to find the only cooked breakfast on offer was eggs, not a full cooked breakfast considering the price.
