「Teresa, our hostess, is absolutely fabulous! We couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome. The breakfast was great: fresh fruit, juices, coffee or tea, scrambled eggs, toast and cheese. Our room was very spacious, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We stayed for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed the fact that we were in the country but close to the city.」

「Our original room, The Robert Burns Siute, was dark, and faced the road with a view of the dumpsters. After complaining immediately to the manager, he booked us into room 2, Mary Queen of Scott’s, a beautiful room facing the loch with breath-taking views. Heated floors in the bathroom, a comfortable king bed and excellent service rounded out our experience. The loud 1970s music blaring during our adequate dinner was unpleasant though.」
