"Such a perfect way to spend our day in Bath!! Amazing staff and incredible atmosphere "

"The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and the staff came back at a time requested for our room to be serviced. The evening meal was lovely and the cocktails made by the barman were excellent. We had 2 pets with us and the room had 2 pet beds set up in our room on arrival which was lovely. "

"The hotel is beautiful. The service is delightful. The staff is great. Shout out to Chris the bartender. And it’s the only hotel in Bath with its own spa with waters from the local hot springs. I highly recommend it. "

"Lovely hotel, staff, room, bar, pool. Would certainly stay again. If i had to find something to improve it would be to have more recycling facilities and conditioner in bathroom. "
