「新しくてきれいなホテルではありましたが、部屋からプライベートビーチやレストランまで車で行かなければならなかったのが残念です。 オーシャンビューでなくても、せめて歩いて行ける距離だと思っていました。５つのプールがあるとの事で楽しみにしていましたが、各プールが遠く、普通のプールだったのも残念です。ゴルフをする人にはいいのかもしれませんが、海を楽しみたい方は、海の近くの部屋か確認した方がいいです。きれいな部屋でしたが、室内も窓からの景色も殺風景でした。従業員の感じは悪くなかったですが、何かをお願いしてから部屋にくるまでが遅かったのが不満です。全体的に無駄を省きすぎて冷たい印象を受けました。あと、駐車場の電気をもう少し明るくして欲しかったです。次行く機会があれば、海の近くのホテルにします。」

The location was beautiful and peaceful, and we especially appreciated the convenient parking and having a kitchen available. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better. 「I have been at many other Dreams Resorts and I must say this was the worst one. First issue; there is an AC problem, I thought it was me but all the other guests said the same thing. Now they were courteous and said the will send maintenance up to check it out, but the entire hotel has that issue, even the taxi I took, the driver said it’s an know issue for over a year. You cannot sleep without sweating all night. The last night I finally got a cheap fan that helped slightly. Tables can seen...

「Great beach front property and a nice location. Although there are several restaurants on the property, it is only a two minute walk to the Mambo Beach shops and restaurants. It is also a short drive to Willemstad. We would definitely stay there again.」
