「Had a wonderful 6-day stay at the gorgeous Royal Bell. Exceptional service—everyone was eager to please and made sure our stay was flawless. It's in the heart of Bromley and convenient to stores and restaurants. We booked a deluxe double room, which was spacious, including the bathroom and its oversized shower. Gorgeous bathroom hardware and a VERY comfortable king-sized bed. Luxurious linens and modern furnishings with a nod to its historic past. The surprising bonus was the ground floor back...

「Really charming inn in an old Tudor building. No elevator but the man at the desk helped carry or bags. We were in a king bed room up in the attic that was charming but with dropped beams that were quite short that actually had bad on them in some areas. Not for someone taller than a meter and a half or so. 「Great location, excellent rooms, very useful for short stays in UK」

「Free parking」

「I booked a room overlooking the trees, as shown on Expedia, for nearly £300 a night to celebrate our anniversary. Instead, I was given the room shown in the attached photos. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The moment I saw the room and its “view”, the mood of our anniversary was ruined. This was not what I had booked or expected to receive for nearly £300 a night. When I questioned the view, I was told that it was the only room available and that I would have to pay...

「Was such a treat and would love to return! Thank you x」

「Very comfortable and a great breakfast.」
