"The Woman Housekeeper with the green 💅, helped me a little more than front desk service, I will say if you are staying more towards the pool area it is far from the lobby I drove to the lobby was quicker , overall I will be staying here again once it’s warmer ! They should also inform their Guests that the phones are unplugged. And should also inform Guests breakfast Hours just incase they might not know but overall 6.5/10 ."

"Michelle was an absolute gem to work with. Super responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish! The place was every bit as cute as the pictures promised (and honestly, even more charming in person). This little Victorian gem was the perfect cozy spot for a relaxing weekend getaway.It’s ideal for a couple looking for a romantic escape, or even a solo traveler wanting some peace and quiet. The location is great if you’re heading to the beach for a weekend or longer stay.Highly recommend booking this one, you won’t regret it for a second! (5 stars, of course! )"

"The place was clean and comfortable. Only issue was the furnace stopped working. We returned around 11 and the temp in the unit was 66 degrees. I messaged the seller and called VRBO. VRBO said that a supervisor would return my call and that since this issue is urgent they should call back. They never called me back. The owner responded in the morning. By that time it was 63 in the living room and the bedrooms were freezing. The second night was not comfortable due to the cold. "

"This home was spacious and clean. We had 4 adults and 1 child and there was plenty of room for all. We stayed over a cold, Holiday weekend but we were warm and cozy inside with a well-equipped kitchen to keep our culinary interests engaged, as we had all the tools we needed. The home is very close to the Indiana Dunes National Park so we took a day trip there. Great long weekend. Scott was available and helpful as needed."

"Property was not as presented. Carpets were dirty, walls were peeling, outside area dirty and covered in slippery algae and unkept. Pool was dirty and green. Stair carpets are worn and dirty. Windows had ac units. Cabinets possibly broke and open. There wasn't even a door knob on the front door, a lock with drawer handle. Cameras that are all around the pool area is kind of creepy. We walked in and walked back out. Notified and discussed with host a few times and as of today they are refusing a full refund. This property is horrible, do not stay. If you cant walk barefoot in a home or the patio around the pool, probably should consider a major clean up. This cause a huge issue to start our weekend and caused issues for our family wedding plans. I am asking again for VRBO and the host to make it right as this was a disgusting property disguised as a home. "
