The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. The only complaint is that there was dirty linen in the closet from the prior renter. And cleanliness can definitely be improved but overall I was happy with my stay

Location great. Front desk great. Room never cleaned. Only garbage was emptied and towel replaced. Carpet never vacuumed and bed not made. Tables never wiped. Other than that everything was fine. Room nice and cool. Lots of parking on site. Freebb vs parking
