「I was very happy when I arrived at the home. It was just as advertised, and better. Open floor plan and plenty of places to sleep. The two decks and firepit were great places to chill. It was too cold to get into the lake, but it was gorgeous. If you have a problem with stairs, then the walk to the lake/firepit may be a little difficult. Overall great home and location, highly recommend!」

「We had a great family vacation at the Black Cabin at Sugar Creek. The cabin was conveniently located in the country near Bentonville and Rogers, and was just a short drive from Eureka Springs. The cabin was in great condition, and we particularly enjoyed the open views, hot tub, and fire pit. The kitchen and living room were great for family hangout time, and the kids loved the game room upstairs in the loft. We'd absolutely stay here again. Great place for a quick and relaxing trip!」

「This is a very clean and cozy cabin. It has all kitchen supplies you will need. We had 2 dinners and 2 breakfast at the cabin and cooked lunch in the grill ( in 30 degree weather). The beds are very comfortable. The views are amazing and there is a running stream right next to the farmers cabin running to the pond. We hiked the property for a very short time. This cabin is close to Devils Den. We hiked a couple trails there. There is a Dollar General and a gas station about 20 minutes away in...

「We had a terrific stay. The black barn was just as described and exactly what we were looking. Our family spent the end of Spring Break in northwest Arkansas. The barn was a cozy place to come back to after a day of adventures. It was the perfect space for the four of us with an open plan and great windows. My wife and I enjoyed looking out on the lake from the deck in the morning while we drinking our coffee. The boys had fun in the loft and got excited by the record player and classic rock...

「We had a great stay. Very lovely home, very clean. We love the kayaks and canoe. We were visited by wild goats not sure if that ever happened but that was neat. My children love the trampoline and firepit with smores. We came all the way from Texas and enjoyed the view from the back porch. It was nice qnd quiet just what we needed for a relaxing stay. If we had questions the manager/owner answered back quickly.」

「This is our first time using VRBO, all of the check in check out info was provided in a timely manner. Super easy check in, the property was as advertised , clean with all of the amenities. The hot tub was clean and in good working order, we used it every night. The only thing we weren't satisfied with were the fees that were associated with the rental, we will know better next time. All in all we had a great stay.」
