「Room was great. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility wasn’t prepared for breakfast. Ran out of tableware, plates, glasses, and had to substitute some preprepared food items for their regular fare. 」

Do not pay any attention to the negative reviews. This hotel is quite literally flawless. The setting is unparalleled, the hotel itself is well kept, clean, and new. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is helpful/friendly. The amenities are top notch.
There isn’t a better hotel anywhere in NWA.」
