"Extremely nice staff especially having to check-in 2 hours early to attend a sporting event at 5PM at the Un of Ark. Looking forward to stsying here again!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The front desked help to make sure our stay was pleasant. They even made sure we had Ice for our room when the Ice Machine stopped working."

"The pool was supposedly heated, but it was very cold. The associate at the front desk mentioned at least 4 times to my granddaughter not to pee in the pool. He was a a little creepy. We had handicapped room, but I thought it odd that there was no bath mat or decals in the tub for stability. There in not nearly enough seating for breakfast. Breakfast has a nice variety. we used the pull out couch bed and the extra sheets and pillow, but there was no pillowcase on the pillow. The bed was nice. The sitting area was nice. "

"There was such a pleasant fragrance in the air. We smelled it immediately upon entering the building but you couldn’t tell where it was coming from. It was everywhere and just heavenly. The room was clean, plenty of toiletries. Great pillows. Perfect for a couple of mamas with daughters. Good options for food nearby and a mall within view. Right across the street were nail & tanning salons. As I said, perfect."
